Glass is notoriously tricky to photograph. Pieces may look slightly different in person than in our shop listings. Surprises are part of the fun.
Flux + Flow Glass incorporates vintage and secondhand materials in order to be more affordable and sustainable. Vintage glass may have micro-scratches or minor flaws that add to the history and character of your one-of-a-kind art. Variations in glass color and texture occur because every sheet of glass is unique.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices may vary with availability and quality of materials. Small imperfections in vintage glass are factored into pricing.
Shipping + Returns
Holiday Shipping: Starting 11/24/23 orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Ready-to-Ship items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-10 business days of order receipt. Delivery time varies depending on shipping distance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter their shipping information. Once we hand over your order to USPS, we have no way to change shipping info or recover a package with an incorrect address. We do not guarantee missing orders due to customer error.
Custom Orders will be scheduled with each individual client based on waitlist time and how long a piece may take to design and fabricate. We cannot guarantee tight delivery timelines on Custom Orders. Glass breaks sometimes.
We currently only ship stained glass orders within the United States and Canada. Only stickers are eligible for purchase and shipping outside of those countries. Any stained glass orders from outside of the United States and Canada will be immediately cancelled.
No returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales final.
Local pickup
Local pickup is FREE in Midtown Sacramento, California. Just select “Local Pickup” for your preferred city during checkout. Nevada City pickup will be available again when Rachel returns from maternity leave in 2024.
Local pickup is a NO RUSH OPTION for easy going local friends. We love you, but we have lives too. Most local orders can be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After your order is received, we will contact you via e-mail to schedule pickup.
Damaged Items
Please send photos of damaged items IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, or within 24 hours of USPS confirmed delivery time. We do not guarantee pieces that are broken after shipping. Please consider this when you schedule your delivery. Photos must be sent to Hello.Flux.Flow@gmail.com
Care Instructions
Suggested for indoor use only. Stained glass art can crack in extreme temperatures and oxidize from moisture. Polish gently with a soft dry cloth. Use ammonia-free glass cleaner if needed. Over-cleaning your piece may dull its polish and shine.
Hanging Instructions
Use hardware like nails or hooks above your window for the most secure hang possible. Command brand hooks are another great option. Avoid suction cups! They are cute, but unreliable. Be sure to check the weight capacity and test any hook before hanging your irreplaceable one-of-a-kind stained glass art.
Lead Warning
Lead is used to solder and frame all of our stained glass art. Use caution and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Lead is mostly harmful if consumed. Don’t lick the glass.
